CHP is committed to keeping our operating costs and patient fees as
low as possible. Therefore, donations of medical and dental supplies
and equipment in very good working order are greatly appreciated.
To make a donation of equipment or supplies, or to talk with one of our staff to find out more about our specific needs, please contact Susan Bauer, Executive Director.
CHP has established a Medical Emergency Fund to help pay for medical and dental specialty care not covered by our grant funds. To make a contribution to this fund, or for more information about the fund, please contact Susan Bauer, Executive Director.
